Q: Do you have any CVs for me right now?
A: Our recruitment process is very individual and specific to your needs. Once we receive details of your requirements we then set about finding suitable candidates for your position. We initially screen the candidates before e-mailing them to you. This may take a few days.
Q: How much and when will I be paying for the staff I employ?
A:The fee is a once only payment, invoiced and payable within 14 days of the candidate starting work for you. The fees vary according to designation of staff; we will discuss this with you during your initial enquiry.
Q: Can I speak to other clients of Complete Care Personnel?
A:Yes, we can put you in touch with other clients, with written consent, if the parties agree.
Q:Do we have a choice of candidates?
A: Yes, once we know your requirements, we will advertise and search for candidates and send you any whom we have initially interviewed and who are suitable for your position.
Q: How quickly can they start working for me?
A: Candidates that you wish to employ are like your regular employees so once you have interviewed and selected them and processed any necessary checks they can start to work for you.
Q: How certain can we be that they will stay in our employment?
A: Our professional and individual recruitment process will select the right candidates for you; however if your employee does leave or you are not happy with them (within reasonable parameters) we do operate replacement guarantees which are detailed in our terms of business.
Q: Can I interview the candidates face-to-face?
A: Yes we can arrange for candidates to attend a face-to-face interview with you.
Q: Is there any paperwork I need to complete for the candidates once I have interviewed and selected them?
A: As with all of your employees, you will need to complete reference checks and any necessary CRB + POVA checks for your selected candidates..
Q: What is the procedure for a candidate who requires a change of work permit due to a change of employer?
A: When you conduct the face-to-face interview with this candidate you must see and take copies of their passport, visa and work permit documentation. You will need this when you apply to the Home Office for a change of work permit for you to become their new employer. |
